Water Tracker ° AquaBee is a hydration tracking application that helps users monitor their daily water intake based on personal health metrics.

The App is available through various platforms including iOS and Android devices. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Water Tracker ° AquaBee operates with complete user privacy in mind:

• All user data (weight, sleep times, water intake, etc.) is stored exclusively on your device
• No personal health data is transmitted to our servers or any third parties
• The app does not require internet access to function
• We do not collect, store, or process any of your health information

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device and the data stored within the app.

This agreement is between you and Keekly Tech Inc. only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Keekly Tech Inc. is solely responsible for the App and its content.

Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App.

In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.

Keekly Tech Inc., not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession/use of the App.

You represent and warrant that:

• You are not located in a country subject to U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting"
• You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited/restricted parties

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement.

The license granted to you for the App is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's Usage Rules.

This license does not allow you to use the App on any Apple-branded product that you do not own or control.

You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.

Water Tracker ° AquaBee provides general hydration recommendations based on:

• Common health guidelines
• User-provided information (weight, activity level, etc.)
• Basic calculations

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding your hydration needs or medical conditions.

6.1 Premium Features

Water Tracker ° AquaBee offers:

• Free basic tracking functionality
• Optional premium subscription with advanced features

6.2 Payment Terms

For premium subscriptions:

• Subscription plans with different durations
• Fees are clearly displayed before purchase
• Payment is processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

6.3 Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made through:

• Apple App Store for iOS purchases
• Google Play Store for Android purchases

Keekly Tech Inc. owns all rights to:

• The App and its source code
• All content provided by us
• Our trademarks, logos, and branding
• The AquaBee name and visual design

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Misrepresent health information
• Use the App in a way that could harm yourself or others
• Use the App for commercial services without authorization

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Misuse the App

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App ceases immediately
• Any local data remains on your device

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Medical accuracy
• Continuous or error-free operation

Hydration recommendations are estimates only and individual needs may vary.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keekly Tech Inc. shall not be liable for:

• Any health decisions made based on app recommendations
• Loss of data due to device failure
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use the App

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Keekly Tech Inc. regarding the App.

12.3 Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
