Math Solver: MathPal

Math Solver: MathPal is an application that uses artificial intelligence to help users solve academic problems including mathematics, physics, chemistry, and other STEM subjects from photographs or manual input.

The App is available through various platforms including iOS and Android devices. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

This agreement is between you and Keekly Tech Inc. only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Keekly Tech Inc. is solely responsible for the App and its content.

Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App.

In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.

Keekly Tech Inc., not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession/use of the App, including:

• Product liability claims
• Any claim that the App fails to conform to legal/regulatory requirements
• Claims arising under consumer protection or privacy laws

In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, Keekly Tech Inc., not Apple, will be solely responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge.

You represent and warrant that:

• You are not located in a country subject to U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting"
• You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited/restricted parties

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and will have the right to enforce it against you.

You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App.

The license granted to you for the App is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's Usage Rules.

This license does not allow you to use the App on any Apple-branded product that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.

To access certain features, you may need to register an account by providing:

• A valid email address
• Your name or preferred username
• A secure password

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality
• All activities under your account
• Promptly notifying us of unauthorized use at support@keeklytech.com

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data and problem submissions.

By using Math Solver: MathPal, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy, including the processing of your academic problems through our AI systems.

Keekly Tech Inc. owns all rights to:

• The App and its source code
• All content provided by us (excluding user content)
• Our trademarks, logos, and branding

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes or academic dishonesty
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Upload harmful or malicious content
• Upload images containing people, sensitive information, or copyrighted material
• Submit exam questions or violate academic integrity policies
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the App
• Use the App for commercial tutoring or homework services

We reserve the right to investigate and take legal action against violations of these Terms.

When you submit academic problems for solving:

• You retain ownership of your problem submissions
• You grant us a license to process the problems through our AI systems
• Problems are temporarily cached but not permanently stored
• You should only submit problems you have the rights to submit

The App is designed for educational purposes only. Do not submit:

• Exam questions that violate academic policies
• Personal information or images of people
• Copyrighted material without permission

9.1 Premium Features

Math Solver: MathPal offers:

• Free usage with limited daily problem solutions
• Premium subscription with unlimited problem solving
• Step-by-step explanations for premium users
• Multiple subject support (math, physics, chemistry)

9.2 Payment Terms

For premium subscriptions:

• Subscription plans include monthly and annual options
• Fees are clearly displayed before purchase
• Payment is processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

9.3 Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made through:

• Apple App Store for iOS purchases
• Google Play Store for Android purchases

9.4 Family Sharing

The App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser via Apple's Family Sharing feature.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Create risk or legal exposure for us
• Misuse the problem solving system
• Submit exam questions in violation of academic policies

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App ceases immediately
• You must stop all use of the App
• Any provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Continuous or error-free operation
• 100% accurate solutions

Problem solutions are provided for educational purposes only and should not be relied upon for critical decisions or academic submissions without verification.

The App is not responsible for:

• Academic consequences from using the App
• Any errors in provided solutions
• Misuse of solutions in violation of academic integrity policies

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keekly Tech Inc. shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or academic opportunities
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use the App
• Incorrect problem solutions
• Actions taken based on App solutions
• Academic penalties resulting from App use

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Keekly Tech Inc. regarding the App.

13.3 Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

13.4 App Store Terms

For iOS users, Apple's standard EULA applies in addition to these Terms.
