This Privacy Policy describes how Keekly Tech Inc. ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use the ClearLoom: Photo Cleaner application ("App").

ClearLoom is designed to help you clean and organize your photos and videos directly on your device. We are committed to protecting your privacy — all media processing happens locally on your phone, and your images and videos are never uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly choose to share feedback.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Media Access (Photos & Videos)

ClearLoom requests access to your device's photo library and camera roll to:

  • Display and analyze: Show you your photos and videos so you can decide which to keep or delete.
  • Cleanup actions: Delete, move, or organize media as you instruct.
  • Smart suggestions: Identify similar, blurry, or low-quality items (all analysis is done on-device).

Important: We do not upload, store, or transmit your photos or videos to any external servers. All media processing is performed locally on your device. Your media never leaves your phone.

1.2 Minimal Usage Data

To improve the app experience, we may collect anonymous, non-personal information:

  • Device model and operating system version
  • App version and interaction events (e.g., “cleanup completed”)
  • Crash reports and performance diagnostics (no media content)
  • Aggregated statistics on feature usage (e.g., number of photos reviewed)

This data helps us fix bugs and improve performance. It is never linked to your personal identity or media content.

1.3 No Personal Data Collected

ClearLoom does not require an account, login, or profile. We do not collect:

  • Names, email addresses, or contact information
  • Location data
  • Photos or videos (they stay on your device)
  • Any personally identifiable information (PII)

Zero-knowledge design: We have no access to your media. You are always in full control.

2. How We Use Your Information

Because we collect almost no personal data, our use is extremely limited:

  • On-device media analysis: To help you identify duplicate, blurry, or similar photos/videos.
  • App functionality: To perform cleanup operations (delete, move, organize) as you direct.
  • Performance improvements: Using anonymous crash and usage data to fix issues and enhance stability.
  • No marketing or profiling: We do not use your data for advertising, tracking, or building user profiles.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We share information only in the following minimal and secure ways:

  • Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services for crash reporting and analytics (e.g., Firebase, Apple’s Crashlytics). These services receive only anonymized, non-media data.
  • Legal Compliance: If required by law or to protect our rights, we may disclose data, but this never includes your media or personal content.
  • Business Transfers: In case of a merger or acquisition, data may be transferred, but we will notify you and ensure continued protection.
  • No media sharing: Your photos and videos are never shared, sold, or transmitted to anyone under any circumstances.

4. On-Device Processing & AI

ClearLoom uses on-device intelligence to help you clean your library:

  • All photo and video analysis (duplicate detection, similarity, blur, quality) is performed entirely on your device using on-device machine learning models.
  • No media is sent to external servers for analysis.
  • No data is used to train AI models; we do not harvest your media.
  • You can review and confirm every action before deletion or organization.

Privacy-first: We believe your photos are personal. Our on-device approach ensures that you remain the sole owner of your media.

5. Your Rights & Choices

You have full control over your data and experience:

  • Media Access: You can grant or revoke photo library access at any time via device settings.
  • Cleanup Actions: Every delete or move is initiated by you; we never automatically delete without your confirmation.
  • Analytics Opt-Out: You can disable analytics tracking in the app’s settings menu.
  • Data Deletion: Since we store no personal data, there is nothing to delete. Your media remains solely on your device.
  • No Account: No account means no personal data to manage.

6. International Data Transfers

Keekly Tech Inc. is based in Canada. Since we do not collect or store your photos/videos, there is no transfer of your media. The only data that may be transferred (anonymized analytics) is sent to services (e.g., Firebase) that comply with GDPR and international privacy frameworks.

We ensure that any transferred data is pseudonymized and cannot be used to identify you.

7. Children's Privacy

ClearLoom is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since we collect no personal data, this is not a concern, but we encourage parents to monitor their children's app usage.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. We will notify you of any material changes via the App or a notice within the App.

Your continued use of ClearLoom after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
